Electronic Technician

Are you an experienced Electronic Technician with a track record working in a Defence environment? We are currently seeking applications from experienced electronic technicians to join a dynamic team based in the northern suburbs of Sydney. In this role you will act as the Support Engineer reporting to the Engineering Support Manager for support and maintenance services for delivered products.

The successful applicant will be and experience Electronic Technician who has experience working within the Defence Maritime environment.

Role requirements:

• Strong electronic system aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and focus to detail
• Background in preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance for Defence systems/equipment
• Ability to calibrate and maintain test equipment
• Ability to conducted detailed troubleshooting and fault finding
• Oversee maintenance documentation
• Conduct specialised electronic fault finding activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Cert III in electronics
• Proven track record in electronic maintenance and fault finding
• Experience working within a Defence environment
• Current NV1 security clearance
