Business Development Manager

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow their reach across Enterprise businesses in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Sydney or Melbourne (Flexible/Remote working available)

Responsibilities in your new role

• Identify and secure new enterprise customers across state, territory, and region
• Drive revenue growth and manage relationships through direct sales and strategic prospecting
• Manage and grow key accounts, maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies using digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
• Craft and deliver impactful sales presentations and pitches.
• Contribute to local operational efforts including event support and customer engagement.
• Identify and act on opportunities for business improvement and market expansion.

What You Bring

• Permanent right to work in Australia and knowledge of the local market.
• Experience in senior sales or business development roles.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
• A proactive, hunter mentality and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and the broader APAC region occasionally
• Excellent relationship management, pipeline development, and negotiation capabilities.
• A genuine passion for cybersecurity and enterprise innovation.
