Business Analyst

Cleared is partnering with a leading intelligence agency seeking a Business Analyst to join their team on a 3-year engagement. ICT Business Analysts SFIA 3-5 - to improve the sustainment and continuous improvement activities of customer ICT systems and their related business processes.

Location of work: Canberra on site
Security Clearance: TSPV
Contract duration: 12 months + 2 extensions
Start date: 1st of July

Responsibilities:

• Performing technical business analysis activities including requirements elicitation and management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, operations management, operations framework development, training development, and workforce planning
• Transitioning ICT Capabilities from project delivery to sustainment
• Conducting change management and benefits realisation analysis and implementation for new and existing customer ICT capabilities
• Establish, coordinate, and improve ICT systems operational processes, including problem and issue identification and resolution
• Improving customer disaster recovery and business continuity posture and procedures
• Conducting ICT operations risk and issue identification and management
• Product Management of customer ICT capabilities
• Implementing ITIL concepts and processes to the operations of Customer ICT systems
• Enabling continuous improvement and integration for customer ICT systems
