Job Overview
Cleared Recruitment are supporting a global professional services firm who specialises in helping businesses, governments, and other organisations transform their operations through cutting-edge technology.

An experienced Salesforce Developer with NV1 Security clearance is being sought to design and build enterprise-level integration solutions and data models to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce and build/modify custom objects, flows, permission sets, and sharing settings.
• Demonstrate advanced experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Work with version control and advanced CI/CD tooling.
• Design and build enterprise-level integration solutions.
• Develop data models based on business requirements.
• Track and manage tasks using Agile, Kanban, or Scrum frameworks.
• Troubleshoot errors in development and configuration, providing technical assistance and end-user support.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve project success.
• Apply best practices and functional knowledge of Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Utilise knowledge of IT service transition and ITIL principles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications or Trailhead badges are highly desirable.

Location

• Positions available in Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne.
• Occasional travel to Canberra required (2 consecutive days per month).
