ICT Operations Support Analyst

Cleared Recruitment are partnering with a key agency within Australia's national security and intelligence community and has an opportunity for a TSPV ICT Operations Support Analyst!

This role will support the delivery of critical ICT services within agencies Enterprise Technology Division.

The agency's main role is it is responsible for gathering signals intelligence, safeguarding against cyber threats, and conducting offensive cyber operations. This organisation supports the Australian Government and Defence Force by protecting national interests in the digital domain and providing critical intelligence to ensure security across a wide range of operations.

This is a contract 12-month contract with a 1 x 12-month extension and based Onsite in Canberra.

ICT Operations Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming fault reports, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Collaborate with external support teams to resolve issues and provide regular updates to customers.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory objects and troubleshoot Windows and UNIX/Linux systems.
• Assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge articles.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as staff rostering and data transfers.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Location: Canberra
  Security Clearance: Must hold or have held a TSPV clearance within the last 12 months.
  Contract Duration: 12 months, with a potential for a 12-month extension.
  Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. No part-time or remote work options.
