Content Asset Manager

Are you looking to enter the aviation industry? Have your recently completed your degree or looking to gain experience in the aviation industry? Then this could be the job for you.

Our client has a 12-month contract with potential extensions based in North Sydney, NSW. This role has working from home flexibility but will require occasional flexibility with work hours due to overseas clients and customers. Initially the role will be approximately 25 hours per week with the plan to increase to 38/40 hours per week based on workload.

In this role you will be responsible for cross referencing meta data against provided inflight entertainment to ensure that all content adheres to company standards and guidelines. You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and customers about entertainment assets.

All Training for this role will be provided.

Candidates will require a strong work ethic, ability to work autonomously to complete tasks, an interest in the aviation industry and excellent administrative skills.

Role

• Provide detailed reports via Monday.com and slack
• Cross reference data against provided meta data
• Ensure products and visual content is in accordance with company standards and guidelines
• Liaise with suppliers and customers
• Review inflight entertainment content
• Rectify product issues with suppliers

• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience with multiple languages is highly desirable
• Ability to be flexible with working hours
• Strong drive and work ethic
• Experience in aviation industry or similar role is desirable
• Candidate must have full working rights to Australia
