We are working with a Multinational IT Services company who are a leader in enabling the Federal Government's adoption of cloud solutions like Azure and M365, we are excited to offer a rare opportunity for skilled professionals to join their team in Canberra.

All positions require a minimum of NV1 Security Clearance and are based in Canberra.

Active Directory Expert:
Are you an Active Directory guru eager to make a real difference for our Federal and State Government clients? Join our client's team of experts with a focus on Active Directory / EntraID.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and supporting components (DNS, DHCP, DFS)

• Experience with Microsoft EntraID (Azure Active Directory) and Entra Connect (AAD Connect)

• Expertise in Microsoft Group Policy, Intune Policies, and Profiles

• Skills in Windows PowerShell and automation tools

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Pipelines and process automation

• Familiarity with Nutanix / VMWare virtualization platforms

• Management of Windows Operating Systems

• Provision of Level 3 support, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting

• Ability to provide architectural and design advice

• Experience in continuous improvement of customer environments and toolsets

• Proven experience in large-scale 24/7 enterprise environments

• Ability to mentor junior team members

• Experience in project lifecycle and transitioning to BAU operations

• Leadership in developing and delivering technical solutions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple complex tasks

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for incident management related to Active Directory Domain Services and Entra ID

• Mentor and guide junior staff within the organization and the client

• Offer technical advice on security frameworks/policies (ACSC ISM, CIS, PSPF)

• Perform infrastructure changes in accordance with client change management practices

• Work autonomously to meet client deadlines

• Deliver results in line with company and client policies

• Maintain an NV2 Security Clearance
